Amidst increasing globalization, teams with members of diverse backgrounds are becoming a new normal—an inevitable part of any setting, be it private life, student associations, or companies. Working in such teams requires new skills and knowledge; furthermore, leaders of those teams are posed with new challenges. With great excitement, AES would like to invite all students and young professionals to participate in our upcoming social event “Diversity and Leadership”.

Join our discussion on this overarching theme! With your specific questions, our experienced panelists will assist you in finding your own answers, and help unleash and harness your potential in teamwork and leadership in the context of diversity.

Join our public AES Online Event “Diversity and Leadership” on Saturday, June 26, from 2 to 3 PM (CEST) via Zoom. Please register via the button below.
